Consultations and Deposits
Call or text 951-522-8613 for bookings.
Consultations are required for all new clients requesting chemical services, including vivid color, color corrections, and smoothing treatments such as the Brazilian Blowout.

Consultations are $20.
​
Consultations are preferred to be in person so Celeste can get a better feel for the condition of the hair, and access what needs to be done to achieve your goal.

Deposits will be required at the time of booking a chemical service. The deposit will be used to hold the appointment.
Deposits are $50.
​
The deposit will be used towards the service total.
Last Minute Cancellations & Deposits
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are running 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we'll have to reschedule. While emergencies happen, Celeste is setting aside designated time just for your service, and it affects the rest of her schedule if the appointment is running behind.

If an appointment with a deposit is cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to schedule a chemical service.

As a courtesy, your deposit can be moved one time to a new date if the appointment was not cancelled last minute.
Upon Arrival
Please call/text Celeste when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your car. The doors to the Sola Salon building are locked, so Celeste will need to let you in.

There are no waiting areas inside the building. Please don't bring extra guests to your appointment unless they're also getting a service. Kids are only welcome if they're getting a service. Support for disabled clients are welcome. Pets are not allowed unless they're legit, registered service animals.
